Drivers are out in the outdoors all the time and see a number of different things each day. Only a few jobs offer the same benefits truck driving does. I recall from my days as a driver, I would see and hear a number of different things worth admiring, including great views, great cars, and great music.
Despite being on the road, one of the downsides of being a driver is the lack of physical activity. Driving jobs limit the amount of activity each driver should have on a daily basis. Depending on age, each driver needs a certain amount of physical activity to be considered healthy.
Finding ways to be physically active can be a challenge due to the nature of work. Despite the limitations, several drivers have found ways to be active and healthy. One of the tricks is to know the resources that are available to drivers to help them be active.

around a tractor unit. A great one called 17 ways to exercise with the Truck by Healthy Trucker has several tips for drivers. A resistance band and a yoga mat are the only pieces of equipment required for the exercises featured in this video.
